How do I make a Warranty Claim?

All claims must be submitted via email to support@homegreens.co.uk. To ensure a smooth and timely process, please include the following details in your initial claim email:

  • Order Number
  • Manual with missing parts indicated (if applicable)
  • Images/Video clearly showing the fault (if applicable)
  • Images/Video showing the goods in their original packaging (if applicable)

Faulty or Damaged in Transit Products:

  • Email us with pictures or video demonstrating the fault. If applicable, also include the manual with the required part circled, and indicate the quantity needed.
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue.
  • Each claim is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation, we may send replacement parts, offer a full or partial refund, or replace the product.

Please note: Do not return the product to us unless instructed. If a return is necessary, we will provide a return label.

I have not received an email confirmation. Where can I find my tracking number?

How long is the Homegreens Furniture Warranty?

This covers manufacturing defects and gives you added protection beyond your purchase.

Please note, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, or failure to follow the product care instructions.

When will my order be delivered?

We ship to Mainland UK. Delivery takes between 2-4 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.

Can I Return my product?

Orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.
